I believe in technology as a tool for creative expression.
I want to make education around STEM a more inclusive experience, and am convinced that the way to achieve this is by designing ways for students to express themselves and tell stories about the things they care about using technology.
In 2016 I completed a Master on Interaction Design and Electronic Arts at The University of Sydney with a dissertation titled: “Towards story led learning” which was a workshop that used stories written by the participants as inspiration for creating craft projects with paper and electronics.
Before that I worked on advertising as writer and designer and this was a lesson on the power that the stories we tell and believe in have to shape our attitudes and behavior.
I was part of 44 peruvian students selected to be part of the MIT global Startup Peru in 2014.
I have a Bachelor degree on Advertising and Multimedia from UCSM and also studied studio art at UNSA both in my homecountry Peru. I currently work as freelance web and interaction designer.
I keep looking for ways to tell stories that matter, using art and technology.
I love woodcut printing and sometimes draw comics.
